1. Take the A246 to Bookham
2. Turn into Rectory Lane

3. Continue to Burnhams Rd on the left
4. BayTrees is first on the right. Park safely in the drive
from M25/A3 Junction 10
15 minutes
1. Take the exit A3 to Guildford but do not join the A3
2. At the end of the layby turn left to Effingham
3. After 2½ miles turn right at T junction and immediately left
4. After 1½ miles turn left at the mini-roundabout
5. Turn left at the next mini-roundabout into Little Bookham Street
6. Continue to Burnhams Rd on left
7. Bay Trees is first on right. Park safely in the drive
